Cyberfluff Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cyberfluff. We use Gelato for our print-on-demand fulfillment, which means every item is uniquely produced just for you after you place an order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds. 

Non-returnable items (Buyer's Remorse)

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made in error, such as ordering the wrong item or simply changing your mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

Eligible returns (Damaged or defective products)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a complimentary replacement or a refund. In this case, there is no need to return the item. 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing cyberfluffstuff@gmail.com. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

Our team will review your claim and work with our production partner, Gelato, to investigate and provide a solution. 

Lost in transit

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us at cyberfluffstuff@gmail.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Gelato and the shipping carrier to investigate and, if the order is confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement. 

Incorrect address

If an order is returned to Gelato due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by you, the shipment will be disposed of. You will be responsible for the cost of a new order with the updated address if you would like to resubmit. 

Undelivered or unclaimed packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed by the recipient, it will be safely disposed of. If you still wish to receive your order, you will need to place a new order and cover the costs, including shipping. 

How to submit a claim

To start a claim for a damaged, defective, or lost item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at cyberfluffstuff@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps. 

Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer. We will not be able to process a refund or exchange for any items returned directly to the production partner.
